Klik Foods is always ready to understand your comments and find the best solution for every challenge. When there is an issue with an item in terms of its quality upon delivery or a wrong item has been sent by us, we will replace it for free within 24 hours. If you have complaints or questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

For fresh and frozen products, Klik Foods may require a return or collection of the product that you are not satisfied with before we replace it or issue a refund for the amount.

If you discover that the items you ordered are missing from your delivery process, please call 01200000, and our customer service team will arrange a refund or re-deliver the missing item from the order.

Free delivery is provided for all orders over 150 pounds.

We are ready to change / replace the product within 14 days from the date of purchase, in case, that it is in the same condition and must present the purchase voucher with it.
